Real Estate Development Company Vice President
With my husband, I built a real estate investment company from the ground up. We now operate four companies in the U.S. with over $1 billion in assets under management and more than 250 employees. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, we invest in and develop properties in major U.S. cities, including Los Angeles and Dallas.
We handle a diverse range of real estate projects, from luxury homes to the construction of large-scale residential communities with up to 550 units.
Raised by a great-grandmother born in the Meiji era and from a samurai family, I was taught the Japanese values of integrity, spirituality, and perseverance.
Although I once worked as a tour guide at an exploitative company for just 200 yen an hour, I was able to build my career from there and work my way up to my current position.
In parallel with my real estate business, I am also focused on activities that support the social advancement of women. Based on the belief that “anyone can make their talent blossom if they have the chance and the right place,” I am leveraging my own experience to create a community and share my message with women who have given up on their dreams due to childcare or family circumstances.
